Over the last two years, this iconic brand has staged one of the biggest comebacks of the decade. From the start of our partnership, the mission was clear: to serve up Chilihead hospitality with every digital interaction.
We began with a redesign of Chili’s digital communications — with mouth-watering photography and a playful, punchy tone that’s never generic. From there, we replatformed the Chili’s site and app and redesigned the loyalty experience at the table — ensuring guests feel Chili’s brand love, even when they’re paying the bill.

We made redeeming My Chili’s rewards more intuitive and updated the experience to feel more like the brand. Now users are encouraged to sign into their rewards right when they sit down and all they need to do to get their free Chips & Salsa is ask for them.
National Margarita Day
No one does margaritas like Chili’s, so we shouted out every Margie, Margaret, and Rita in our database with custom content and sent them all to a landing page that crowned Chili’s as the undisputed marg authority.
